Neil Gibbs
Managing Principal
Neil Gibbs is a well-known and highly respected professional management consultant who has served the utilities and infrastructure industries in Australia and around the world for over twenty years. Neil specialises in business strategy, market reform and development, business transformation organisational change management, and is an authority on organisation structure for utilities.
Prior to founding Marchment Hill Consulting, Neil held leadership positions in several major international consulting firms. Among other achievements he has led large businesses to strong growth in difficult operating environments and has a first-hand contemporary understanding of the challenges faced by today's executives.
Neil is recognised for his enthusiasm, personal commitment and industry insight and is well-respected for his contribution to the utilities sector in both Australia and Asia.

Paul Snowdon
Principal Consultant
Paul Snowdon has been consulting to the Resources industry for over ten years and is known for being able to effectively lead and manage client teams to solve their complex strategic and operational challenges.
Paul has extensive experience in asset management, performance improvement and business transformation and has applied this know-how to over 40 mines on six continents. As a result, he has an intimate knowledge of the issues facing industry both at a global and local level, as well as a deep understanding of all aspects of the mining value chain.
Paul is our Resources Industry Leader.

Jason Cox
Principal (Asia)
Jason Cox draws upon his experience in organisation design, operating model definition, asset management capability development and performance management to deliver value to Marchment Hill clients in Asia and the Middle East.
Jason has successfully implemented a variety of projects for over 60 water, gas and electrical utilities, organisations and regulators, and he has participated in numerous industry forums, global benchmarking and research engagements. Jason is known for his depth of knowledge, his ability to deliver measurable results, and his capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and stakeholders.
Jason is the Principal of our Asian operations, and is based in Hong Kong.

Ben Woodman
Managing Consultant (Queensland)
Ben Woodman specialises in organisational design and performance management for the electricity and water industries, with an intimate knowledge of the core management, operational and support processes required to run a successful utility.
Ben is an accomplished facilitator and has led numerous projects related to both industry reform and performance improvement. He is respected for his ability to help MHC’s clients focus on the underlying drivers of performance, and where necessary to strongly challenge their perceptions and opinions. Ben has worked extensively with clients in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and Russia.
Ben is our Organisation Practice Leader and manages our Queensland operations.

Ben Connor
Managing Consultant (Western Australia)
Ben Connor is an experienced management consultant specialising in helping utilities and infrastructure industry clients to understand and respond appropriately to complex business issues through robust analysis, broad-based stakeholder engagement and strategic insight.
Ben has helped Marchment Hill's clients address fundamental strategic issues in their businesses, ranging from resourcing their activities in a tight labour market to managing the transition to a competitive environment. His strategic thinking is underpinned by a detailed and contemporary understanding of the operation of, and issues faced by, utilities and infrastructure businesses.
Ben is our Strategy Practice Leader and manages our Western Australian Operations.

Paul Harris
Managing Consultant
Paul has nearly thirty years' experience in the global utility industry, which has enabled him to provide in-depth and expert advice to numerous electricity, gas and water utilities in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, China and Europe.
Paul has successfully led process benchmarking studies for up to 50 water utilities in the areas of civil maintenance, mechanical-electrical maintenance and customer service. Paul also has extensive asset management experience in electricity, gas and water utilities, particularly in asset management strategy and the associated organisational structure, roles, processes and practices.
Paul is our Water Industry Leader.

Michael Kaltenbaugh
Managing Consultant
Michael Kaltenbaugh has over 24 years' experience in the electricity, gas and water industries. He has been directly involved in the transformation of two of the most competitive energy markets in the world. Michael brings a unique blend of operational experience, technology understanding and knowledge of regulatory processes.
Michael has led the transformation of utilities from regulated vertical integration to unbundled and disaggregated businesses. Michael has extensive smart metering experience, and undertakes the role of Program Manager for the Victorian AMI Program Office.

Randall Brewer
Managing Consultant
Randall Brewer is a business systems and project management specialist, with proven experience in identifying and implementing business systems transformation processes and re-engineering opportunities.
Randall has over 20 years’ experience within a broad diversity of industry sectors. He has been heavily engaged in the mining industry, working both with executive leadership teams, as well as at the ‘coal face’ with department managers, supervisors and operators. Randall has worked directly with over 50 companies around the globe.

Huon Morton
Climate Response Practice Leader
Huon developed his detailed knowledge on the strategic and operational challenges utilities and infrastructure businesses face through engagements across Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
Huon now specialises in providing the tools and frameworks for businesses to approach the challenges and impacts of climate change. In addition Huon maintains an active involvement with community groups and academic research related to responding to climate change. His passion in this domain is matched by his integrity as a strategic adviser to MHC’s clients.

Suzie Jakobovits is an experienced consultant who has worked for several businesses in Australia, including AXA and PA Consulting.
