Strengthening our Economics and Regulation capabilities: MHC appoints James Reynolds
News: Marchment Hill Consulting welcomes James Reynolds as our Economics and Regulation Practice Leader.
James brings with him a comprehensive understanding of economic regulation and a deep track-record of supporting utility clients through strategy formation and regulatory execution. He has extensive experience advising companies, regulators, and governments on economic and legal regulation, and access pricing for infrastructure facilities such as energy, water, ports, airports, and telecommunications. James also has deep experience in institutional strengthening, particularly the commercialisation and corporatisation of government-owned enterprises.
James has held senior executive roles in both management consulting and industry, most recently with Alinta Energy where he was General Manager, Regulation and Market Development, and prior to that in various regulatory roles with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, ENERGEX, Network Economic Consulting Group and the Queensland Competition Authority.
In addition to strengthening our Economics and Regulation expertise, James also bolsters our capabilities in energy markets, benchmarking, and the downstream gas industry.
