MHC is a management consulting firm which is dedicated to serving the needs of the energy and water industries through its focus on content-rich consulting and deep sector expertise.  MHC has worked with every major utility in Australia; we create value for our clients through the quality of our insights, the internal support we generate for change, and our focus on implementation to deliver results.

Isle helps the global water industry to identify and implement leading-edge technology and innovation. Through a team of dedicated professionals in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific, Isle has evaluated over 6000 technical solutions and supported more than 200 utilities globally.

Broader technology capability in energy

This merger will allow MHC to bring a global technology scanning and analysis capability to its Australian energy clients and access to international industry technology collaborations, enabling the identification of step-change innovation which address contemporary business issues.  MHC sees this as the perfect augmentation to our existing work advising on the strategic, regulatory and market-based implications of the energy transformation which is underway.  Our clients across government and policy, regulated utilities, and established and emergent competitive businesses will now have access to a global perspective and a broader capability set.

Complementary skills in water to deliver bigger impact

The water industry is undergoing unprecedented change in a digital age and is observing an increasing reliance on technology to enable business efficiency and effectiveness, asset optimisation and reliability, and streamlined customer and stakeholder interactions. This merger allows our clients to access unparalleled strategic advice that is supported with innovation and technology solutions which enhance and automate operations, help reduce uncertainty in decision making at all levels of the business, and provide a platform for continued improvement.

Our clients will benefit from an expansion of our existing capabilities and access to a talented pool of consultants based in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.  MHC and its people look forward to building on our long history of tackling complex problems for our clients in the energy and water industries, in collaboration with Isle.
